Synergistic Resources was founded by George Naughton and his wife Linda in 1998. Over 20 years experience in the placement of professtional level positions in Engineering, Operation Management, Human Resources, EHS, Supply Chain, Quality and Finance. George's experience also included a 2 year assignment in South Korea as Director of Manufacturing and Global Business Consultant.

A diverse manufacturing management background, that included plant start-ups, numerous turnaround assignments and a keen understanding of the tools and methodology that help maximize individual and organizational performance. This experience allowed George to transfer into providing Business Consulting and Executive Recruiting Services.
