Our Consultants
George Naughton and his wife Linda founded Synergistic Resources in 1998. He partnered with Resource Associates Corporation (RAC) to assist in creating, building and expanding a successful Consulting and Executive Recruiting business.
Prior to his current career, George had over 20 years of diverse experience that included multi-plant manufacturing, strategic planning, change management and rapid performance turnaround. Track record in implementing of systems and processes that effectively impact productivity,efficiency, quality and morale. This experience provides a keen sence of business partner needs.
George received a BS from University of Tennessee Martin; attended The Center for Creative Leadership and received an Executive MBA from Murray State University.

Kylie Naughton completed an internship with a nationally ranked communications firm. She has experience working with private equity companies, social media strategy, engagement and brand development. Kylie’s experience allows her to research and pinpoint candidate capabilities that our partners value.
Kylie is a recent graduate of Pennsylvania State University where she received her degree in Strategic Communications.
